Non-Functional Business Analyst - NPPV3/SC

What you'll need to succeed
A Non-Functional Business Analyst is required to work with the business to identify and document non-functional requirements that can be delivered and tested.
Having a technical skill set as well as business analysis experience would be required in order to document high and low-level NFRs.

Essential Experience

  • Elicitation and requirements gathering from a range of stakeholders and levels of seniority, from end user through to director
  • Creation of technical and non-technical NFRs
  • Working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Writing and development of user stories
  • Knowledge of industry standard test practices and what is required for successful testing
  • Working in a large, complex, multi-supplier environment

Desirable Experience

  • Any previous knowledge or experience of Dynamics 365, Palantir Foundry, SaaS Platforms and Content/Website delivery
  • Experience in policing is preferred, but government experience would also be beneficial.
  • Understanding of supplier contractual obligations eg KPIs and SLAs

You are required to hold active NPPV3 and SC.

Due to the urgency of the requirement, there will be a requirement to come on site 2-3 days per week to ensure you are able to rapidly understand the programme complexities and meet with a wide variety of stakeholders.
