With one of Lorien's top banking clients

• Expertise building in core components of Power Platform especially Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service) and PowerFx.
• Strong skills in data modelling, database design, and data integration. Proficiency in handling data sources like SQL Server, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other connectors.
• Understanding of integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (like Azure, Office 365) and third-party applications via APIs.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for enhancing Power Apps.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Azure services is a plus.
• Significant experience in the banking sector across retail, commercial and investment banks with experience delivering to front(RM/sales) and back (operations, risk) office teams
• Experience of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform capabilities
• Self-starter individual who can lead workshops to MD-level,
• Experience of full software development life cycle (requirements, delivery, testing, release)
• Experience with successful delivery of large change programs in customer-facing businesses
• Leadership skills to structure, mentor and maintain a high performing team
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence senior technical and business leaders
• Strong problem-solving/analytical skills to contribute to platform challenges
• Experience with Agile scrum/Kanban methodology - ideally certified as a scrum master
