Mission:

The mission of this role is to resolve the reported issues by the pilot site for the ePPDS (Enhanced Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) system. This involves addressing technical bugs and ensuring smooth functionality of the system to support operational efficiency.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the ePPDS system.
  • Strong understanding of production planning and detailed scheduling concepts.
  • Experience with remote debugging and problem-solving techniques.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and bug tracking systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Desired Candidate Attributes:

  • Proven experience in resolving technical issues within production planning or scheduling systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and gather requirements.
