Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong, effective backlogs in an agile environment, gathering requirements and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to define and prioritize features.
• Balance competing tasks and demands, providing prioritization calls quickly to ensure consistent development flow.
• Organize and manage time effectively to optimize delivery flow to development teams.
• Engage and nurture stakeholders, actively listening, negotiating, and managing conflicts.
• Coordinate integrations and dependencies with other Product Owners to align development efforts.
• Identify and mitigate risks to delivery, assessing impact and escalating as required.
• Assess and improve product processes to enhance efficiency and quality of development.
• Manage personal development and stay up to date with industry trends and agile methodology.
• Mentor and support other Product Owners and team members, enabling effective knowledge transfer and onboarding.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Product Owner on similar size and scale projects.
• Technical skills and experience in systems and data analysis.
• Experience in developing complex, high transaction Back Office systems.
• Experience with Azure technologies and PCI compliant payment solutions preferred.
• Previous experience in the transport industry focusing on journey construction, fares, and payments is advantageous.
