Project Support/Administrator - £16.65 per hour, Hybrid. (Contract)

Location: Norfolk Country: UK Rate: £16.65 per hour
 

My Client based in Norfolk are currently recruiting for a Project Support/Administrator to provide a comprehensive, efficient and confidential secretarial and project support service to the Digital Programme Office, working on your own initiative, within broad guidelines with a measure of independent judgement.

This is a hybrid working role based in Norwich. Occasionally, you may be asked to visit 2-3 different sites.

This role is Inside IR35 paying £16.65 per hour, 37.5 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities -
-Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative duties including copy typing, word processing, generating routine correspondence, taking notes and minutes and photocopying.

-Receive a variety of telephone calls on behalf of the Programme team using initiative to deal with matters where possible, taking messages and redirecting calls as appropriate.

-Receive and record all incoming mail and email transmissions sifting and screening as required. Prioritise the mail, ensuring all issues of an urgent nature are brought to the attention. Delegate when necessary correspondence to other members of their team to respond on the Programme Office's behalf. Where appropriate, produce draft responses to correspondence in liaison with other members of the team.

-Organise and maintain diaries, electronic or otherwise. (Prepare papers for the daily appointments of the Programme).

-Prepare, collate and circulate papers and reports for meetings. Attend meetings to take minutes and transcribe minutes within agreed timescales. Implement and co-ordinate actions from meetings on behalf of the Team Management.

-Carry out Gap analysis activities

-To report adverse problems to the Line Manager

-Responsible for the production of specified deliverables in a work package by undertaking specific activities, (eg intelligence gathering, creation of spreadsheets or databases, report writing, making recommendations to the Project Board).
