We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Talent Consultant - 90% remote, 10% onsite Preston working onsite, the balance of time will be remote for one of their public sector Clients based in the UK.

Role Spec
Responsible for leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisation
Strong experience of hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite.
Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops
Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap
Ability to communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization
Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi location delivery model
Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent modules
Experience of delivering SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations
