We are looking for a Senior Siebel Architect with an active SC clearance. The task will be to design and oversee the implementation architecture of complex Siebel system, guiding customers through their innovation journey and maximizing their return on investment.

The main tasks:

• Technical Advisory: Develop a deep knowledge of customer systems and needs, ensuring optimal Oracle solutions.
• Project Leadership: Communicate clearly and effectively across all mediums, leading projects to successful outcomes.
• Technical Governance: Oversee product upgrades and migrations, including transitions to Cloud technology.
• System Stability: Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of critical production applications, particularly Siebel CRM and eBusiness Suite.
• Deployment Strategy: Develop deployment approaches compatible with Cloud technology, such as containers, advanced networking, and DevOps.
• Problem Solving: Provide expert advice on problem-solving while considering customer constraints, risk management, and ongoing ownership.
• Collaboration: Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the product.
• Customer Education: Educate customers on product features, best practices, upgrades, and technological advancements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Siebel and eBusiness Suite architectures
• Knowledge of Siebel CRM and/or EBS on Linux/Windows, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or other cloud providers.
• Practical experience with Linux containers, Kubernetes, Python, Git, or related technologies.
• Understanding of DevOps and GitOps principles.
• Experience with platform migrations and upgrades.
