Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an IT Security Architect to join our client on a long-term remote assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Security Architecture as the means to plan and design security consistently and coherently. You will also be analysing cyber risks to executable security requirements along with designing and guiding implementation of security controls. You will be collaborating with different types of stakeholder within Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, and more.

IT Security Architect requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of expertise in technology and IT, with a focus on information security within software and/or infrastructure, encompassing architectural design and operational aspects (eg, Log Management, Vulnerability Management, OT/ICS Security, Firewall).
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating within large international settings and achieving objectives through virtual teams.
• Proficiency in leadership, facilitation, and coordination.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on results, coupled with analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies in digital product development.
• Background in security auditing.
• Demonstrated understanding of ISO security standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, or equivalents). Knowledgeable about international security frameworks and methodologies (NIST, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalents).
• Experience in cloud security, with certification in AWS or Azure being advantageous.
• Proven track record of implementing IT security policies and controls across various departments and organizational levels
