Long term contract

Telecommunications provider based in Dublin City Center is looking for a CCNP Wireless Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This is a hybrid contract role with a strong possibility of extension.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing wireless networks. Proven experience with Cisco wireless products and solutions. This role will require occasional travel to remote sites.

Skill Required:

Strong knowledge of wireless networking protocols and standards (eg, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax).

Knowledge of wireless security mechanisms, including WPA2, WPA3, and RADIUS.

Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and techniques.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with network automation and Scripting (Python, Ansible).

Knowledge of SD-WAN and network virtualisation technologies.
